Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason for this decision. The period begins one (1) day after the goods are received. The consumer communicates this decision by written message to the email address info@harika.si.
When the buyer explicitly, clearly, and unambiguously expresses the decision to withdraw from the contract, in the manner stated in the previous paragraph, they must return the goods to the address of FusionLot d.o.o., Tacenska cesta 125a, 1000 Ljubljana. The buyer must do this no later than 14 days after notifying FusionLot d.o.o. of the withdrawal from the order.
The buyer must return the goods in undamaged original packaging and unchanged quantity. The only exceptions are cases where the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or the state of the goods (quantity, etc.) has changed, and any of the listed is demonstrably not the buyer's fault.
The company returns the received payment to the buyer by the same means as the payment was received. The company returns the funds received from the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, but has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received from the buyer. The cost of shipping/returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Only the actually paid purchase price or amount is returned to the consumer.
In the event that the rejected goods have already been paid for, we will transfer the invoice amount to your TRR, so please state it in the written message.
